The fantastic Festival Photo Montier attracts a large number of visitors every year—indoor- and outdoor exhibitions, lectures and workshops offer interesting programs and activities for four days. In 2015, the festival was held from 19 to 22 November. Despite the tragic events in Paris earlier in November, it was a successful and memorable event once again, with approx. 37.000 visitors.

Internationally recognized photographers, such as James Balog, Vincent Munier and Stefano Unterthiner exhibited some of their best work at the 2015 festival.

We were invited to Montier-en-Der to present our Iceland work, including our exhibition and multimedia show (18 minutes) that was played on a loop during the festival days.

Since 2005, we have traveled together as a team, constantly being on the move to explore and photograph landscapes and wildlife, with special interest in the Nordic countries. Our projects capture different parts of the "Cap of the North", in a never-ending search for surprising scenes and the magic light that is so characteristic of this region. It is the desire to get back to our roots — to live with nature that inspires us to create the images that we do.

We are members of The Photo Society, a group of contributing photographers for National Geographic Magazine.
